If you have opted to activate two-factor authentication for each user on a case-by-case basis, you will need to visit each user’s permissions page to activate their two-factor authentication:
- Go to the “View Users” section:
- Click the “EDIT” button next to the user for whom you would like to activate two-factor authentication:
- Select the “PERMISSIONS” tab:
- Select the “USER 2FA” box and click the “SUBMIT” button:
The selected user will now be prompted to setup two-factor authentication at the time of their next login. To deactivate two-factor authentication for the same user, retrace your steps and deselect the “USER 2FA” box.
