When filling out surveys, you might need additional information or expertise from other individuals within your organization. The 3GRC platform can make this process easier by allowing you to invite a new user to help you fill out your questionnaires:
- Go to the “Dashboard” section:
- Select the “MY SURVEYS” tab:
- Click the “INVITE A NEW USER BUTTON”:
- Enter the e-mail address of the person you would like to invite and select the entity for which you would like to have them respond:
- Click the “SUBMIT” button:
The invited person will now be able to respond to surveys sent to the entity you have selected. Please note that site administrators can deactivate this feature.
