The portal now contains two different types of user:
Internal users are those who are expected to setup, run, or otherwise access the results of scheduled surveys in addition to any responsibilities they might have as survey respondents. These users can see all tabs in the portal though they can be assigned limited permissions.
External users whose only responsibilities are responding to scheduled surveys and remediation requests. They will be limited to viewing an abbreviated version of the portal consisting of the portal’s dashboard tab:
Both types of user can reply to surveys though internal users are usually individuals entrusted with administering surveys.
