The first message you will receive from 3GRC's portal is a registration e-mail. You cannot register with password reset link on the portal's login page; you must with the registration e-mail:
The registration e-mail will be similar to the one pictured below and will contain a link to a registration page. If you have not seen the registration e-mail, check your spam or forwarding inboxes:
- Registration links deactivate after your account registration is completed so if the link in the registration e-mail does not work, it is likely that someone with access to your e-mail has registered you portal account.
If the portal reports that the details you have entered are incorrect, there are several possible reasons why:
- The portal requires you to register using the same e-mail that it sent the invitation e-mail to. If you want to register with a different e-mail address, please contact the organisation that would like you to register for an account:
- The portal requires both passwords to match before it will allow you to register:
