Users can be assigned tasks related to specific documents. To create and assign a task for a specific document:
- Select the “View documents” tab:
- Click the “VIEW DETAILS” button next to the document for which you would like to create tasks:
- Select the “Tasks” tab:
- Enter details here including a description of the task, the person to whom it is assigned, and the due date. Finally, click the “CREATE TASK” button:
- You will now see the task appear at the bottom of the page along with a check box to be clicked with the task has been completed:
The portal will now send a notification e-mail to the assigned user by default.
