The portal allows you to add expiration dates and review dates to documents. To add an expiration or review date:
- Select the “View documents” tab:
- Click the “VIEW DETAILS” button:
- Click on “Additional information”:
- Click on the “EXPIRY DATE” field and select an expiration date from the drop down calendar:
- Once you have added all of the necessary details, click the “SAVE” button:
The portal will now notify the specified users when the contract is approaching expiration.
